Updating Login Name and Password through SAP Advanced Workflow in SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management

Hello my name is Amy And this video out show you how users can update their password and how administrators can manage your workload logon names and passwords workflow supports single sign on so your logon experience could be different if another system manages the logon process for workflow However if you log into work flow directly from the workflow application you'll need your log in name password and domain name within workflow users can change their own passwords but only in administrator can manage passwords for other users and manage to logon names in addition to managing logon names and passwords and ministers can configure a password policy for workload users the password policy options are in security settings in the set up portal as an administrator you can define items that the password must contain such as letters and numbers special characters and uppercase and lowercase letters you can also define a set number of days in which the password will expire and a minimum password link for even stricter settings you can require that the last 4 passwords can be reused the password can't be too much like the 1st or last or logon name and the Forgot password option on the logon page is disabled now demonstrate how an administrator can manage individual logon names and passwords in the set up portal I'll hover over users and then click users in this example I'm going to change Adam Smith's log in name and password I'll click add it to change the law good name which is a required field I'll simply edit the 1st field on the Info tab. I can also change Adam's name email and profile picture if I scroll down I can update Adam's department and user type to change Adam's password under security settings out click change password from the changed password workspace create a new password and then confirm the new password I'm going to check here to send an email to Adam with the new logon credentials I'll require that Adam change his password once he logs in now I'll click Save after I save Adam will be sent an email with the new logon credentials upon logging in a new password that meets the password requirements must be established as an in use or I can change my password at any time by clicking the profile icon and then settings to update my password I'll open the change password tab from here I'll interim my old password then my new password twice then I'll click change password and my password has been updated.
