Using Guided Selling in SAP Sales Cloud

In this video, let's look at how guided selling enables sales reps to improve the outcome of the sales execution. In the Kanban view, which is presented by Sales Face, here you can see all your opportunities at one glance. Let's say you want to check the details of an opportunity that will be closed this month. Select the opportunity that you want to see. This is the guided selling workspace where you can see all the details of the opportunity. The key fields are available here. Expand this card to view and edit details. The timeline provides a 360 degree view of the deal. That is all the activities and events that transpired during the deal. You can use the quick filters to see the note history or any specific items. There are different components in a workspace. Let's look at the progress bar, which represents the sales cycle and each dot a sales phase of the deal. You can navigate to a particular phase based on how the playbook is constructed. Here the playbook is phase agnostic, so you can move to the other phases without completing mandatory activities. These are the proposals that can be mandatory or optional. They come from the playbook that's configured in the back office. You can schedule activities from the proposals or create your own based on your business process or requirements. Once you complete the activity, you can set the status to completed. The proposal can include update of opportunity header fields. Activity proposals can also come from external signals, like the days since your last interaction with the contact from relationship intelligence. This is the central workspace where you can add your contact sales teams and revenue partners. You can also add notes with embedded text intelligence. You can set up the follow up call instantly or add the proposed contact. If relationship intelligence is enabled, you can view the engagement score and last interaction with the contact. Along with that, work details. You can view or add products here based on your requirement. When you progress to the last phase of the deal, you can close the opportunity and set the status to one. Thanks for watching.
