Using the Dashboard to Monitor Overall Risk in SAP Ariba Supplier Risk

In this video, you'll learn how to monitor overall risk using key components of the Supplier Risk dashboard in SAP Ariba Supplier Risk. Let's start with the Risk summary tile. It shows your followed suppliers' risk levels as a color-coded donut graph. You'll see suppliers categorized as high, medium, low, and unknown risk. This helps you quickly assess your overall risk exposure. To see suppliers at a specific risk level, choose a section of the donut. You can sort the current list by choosing a column name, or refine the list further by applying a filter to any column. If one risk level dominates the graph, use the toggle controls to hide it. This makes other levels easier to see and select. Next, let's look at the By risk category tile. This bar graph shows the risk exposure levels of your followed suppliers across different risk categories. Hover over any bar to see the number of suppliers with risk incidents at each exposure level. Choose a bar to open details about suppliers in that category, including their category risk exposure score. Here again, you can sort the list by column name or refine it further using the available filters. If custom risk categories are enabled, you can choose View All to see all active categories with data. Now let's review the Recommendation tile. In sites with the Intelligent Recommendations Based on Supplier Risk Score feature enabled, this tile shows the suppliers you follow that have experienced significant changes in their overall risk score. Choose View Details next to a supplier name to see more information about the recommendation. The pop-up shows the percentage change, supplier details, region, and incidents contributing to the risk score change. From here, you can create a finding to investigate further or ignore the recommendation if it's not relevant. If you ignore recommendations, the system learns your preferences and adjusts future suggestions accordingly. Finally, let's explore the interactive map. First, expand it by choosing Show map. The map displays your followed active suppliers, helping you visualize risk geographically and identify regional concerns. You can focus your view using the Industry drop-down to filter suppliers by specific industries and the Risk level drop-down to filter them by risk level. Choose any region to zoom in and view more specific areas. At the most detailed level, you'll see individual supplier pins. Select a supplier pin to open details, including name, location, risk exposure, and a link to their profile. Below the map, you'll find a supplier table listing all active suppliers currently displayed. This table shows company name, location, country risk score, and overall risk exposure. All columns can be sorted and filtered. You've now learned how to monitor overall risk using key components of the Supplier Risk dashboard in SAP Ariba Supplier Risk. Thanks for watching.
