Configuring Essential Tasks in SAP Commerce Cloud via the Backoffice Administration Cockpit
About this course
After completing this course, beginner-level business users will be able to configure SAP Commerce Cloud by performing typical administrative tasks in the Backoffice Administration Cockpit. More specifically they will be able to:
- Identify GUI areas in backoffice and what they are for.
- Introduce Backoffice configuration tools (e.g. Provide perspectives, Orchestrator) on a high level, and explain customization reasons in different companies/businesses.
- Manage users, their access rights and restrictions in Backoffice.
- Explain validation support in SAP Commerce Cloud UIs, ensuring correct data input, and perform typical validation configurations in Backoffice.
- Explain features and functions of the workflow collaboration center UI.
- Explain cronjobs and tasks to automate performance of administrative operations in Backoffice.
