Expert-guided Implementation

Expert-guided Implementation (EGI), delivered by SAP Enterprise Support Academy, is a multi-day, remote, workshop-style session where participants learn to complete a defined activity with the support of experienced SAP service engineers. Each session follows a two-part approach: during the first 1–2 hours, an SAP expert explains the target activity step by step; participants then apply the demonstrated steps within their own SAP environment, receiving direct guidance and support from the SAP expert as needed.
