When you are running SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, there are tasks or services that are covered by the service fee and that are performed by SAP, and there are tasks that need to be performed by you as the customer. But even if SAP is responsible for a certain task, this task may require some interaction or some cooperation with you, such as the creation of a service request. This is where this learning journey comes into play. The first unit starts with describing the customer's responsibilities and the options how to run your solution. Next, the service process flow is explained in general. The second unit then highlights selected scenarios for service requests and how the interaction with SAP takes place. You will learn that some of the scenarios do not require any interaction, some will require a downtime, and some other may also include additional interactions during the process flow. For example, when it comes to the update of the application software. After this learning journey, you know the process flow for creating and monitoring your service requests, focusing on the interaction with SAP. Let's get started.
