In this training, Karen and B.A.T. from the SAP AppHouse will show you how you can help your customers or team members to identify and define use cases for artificial intelligence, starting from the business and user needs. We will guide you through two types of collaborative sessions, the Business AI Explore Workshop and the Business AI Design Workshop. Designed to help participants learn about AI, ideate and document meaningful AI use cases that can bring value to their organizations and departments. The Business AI Explore Workshop helps business decision makers identify AI use cases with business impact. Participants learn how to leverage AI and generate solution ideas that address their current challenges. The Business AI Design Workshop brings together end-users and IT experts to enhance solution ideas with AI capabilities. It helps implementation teams understand user needs, brainstorm valuable AI features, and define a future user experience documented as a to-be scenario for reference during implementation.
