This series of live sessions will enable you to apply the SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework along a full architecture development cycle: 
- Kick-Off, Blended Learning Approach, Course of Events, Tips &amp; Tricks, Q&amp;A (~3 hours) 
- Session 1: Case Study Introduction, Stakeholder Interviews, Requirements Gathering and Prioritization, Risk Assessment (~4 hours)&nbsp; 
- Session 2: Business strategy map, capability assessment (~ 3 hours) 
- Session 3: Solution context &amp; concept, business model canvas, organizational map, business roles, business capabilities, business processes (~ 4 hours) 
- Session 4: Application &amp; Data Architecture Modeling, Technology Architecture Modeling (~3 hours) 
- Session 5: Business Outcome Roadmap, Application Roadmap (~3 hours)

The sessions will be based on a case study and build on top of each other. The focus will be on practical examples, so to fully benefit from this offering, you need to come prepared and committed.
