Implementing and Managing SAP Field Service Management
Learning outcome
After completing this intermediate-level Learning Journey, implementation consultants and business users will understand the full functionality of SAP Field Service Management, including both web and mobile applications. Learners will be able to manage master data, perform configurations and customizations using the Administration module, and carry out planning and dispatching tasks. They will also be familiar with key user scenarios—such as administrator, dispatcher, and field technician—and will gain hands-on experience with SmartForms and mobile service tools. In addition, learners will be prepared to provide first-level support and know where to access best practices, documentation, and further resources.
