By the end of this course, you will have learned how to use the CIAM’s B2B Organization Management feature to manage organizations, delegate administration tasks, and configure policy-based access control. After activating B2B Organization Management in the CIAM, you will use it to manage member attributes, configure organization approval workflows, manage member profiles, and control what they can do in the UI. You will also know how to onboard organizations using the registration request Web UI, delegate organization administration, and integrate SAP Content Data Cloud’s B2B capabilities with an external website.

From Onboarding to Governance: Mastering SAP Customer Data Cloud for B2B

This course will prepare you to understand the underlying technical concepts in SAP Customer Data Cloud, perform configurations using the "SAP CDC Console, integrate SAP Customer Data Cloud in your web applications, leverage Identity Exchange tools, and understand B2B organization and access management using SAP CIAM for B2B.
