Learning outcome
After completing this Learning Journey, business users and implementation consultants will be able to identify SAP solutions for service processing and describe the key functional areas of SAP S/4HANA Service in both Public and Private Cloud Editions. Learners will understand and execute core service processes, including Interaction Center, Service Order Management, Advanced Execution, In-house Repairs, Service Contracts, Recurring Services, and Analytics. They will also gain hands-on experience configuring organizational structures, master data, and integrations with logistics, controlling, and the cross-application time sheet (CATS), preparing them for real-world service operations and certification readiness.
