Introducing SAP Ariba Category Management Fundamentals

Upon the completion of this learning journey, participants will gain insight into how a Category Manager creates a category profile by classifying a product category, uploading company policies, laws, and regulations concerning that specific category, and adding team members and stakeholders that will assist with the execution of the strategy. Then, develop a strategy and plan, including category and market analysis, strategy and implementation, and approval. Finally, monitor the strategy execution to see if goals are met, initiatives are on target, and upcoming events are posted in the planning calendar.
