SAP S/4HANA Service - Configuration of Basic Settings for Business Transactions

In this live session, we will explore the configuration of additional basic settings for business transactions in SAP S/4HANA Service. The session will cover three key areas of configuration: Partner Processing, where partner functions and partner determination procedures are set up and assigned to transaction types and item categories; Text Management, where text objects, text types, and text determination procedures are defined to manage transaction and item-level documentation; and Date Management, where date types, date rules, and date profiles are created and assigned to control scheduling and validity periods within service documents. These settings ensure that service transactions are enriched with the correct partners, supporting texts, and relevant date controls, thereby enabling complete and accurate processing.
