Accessing Customer Insights Dashboard in SAP for Me

Today, I'm going to show you how to access and use the Customer Insights Dashboard in SAP for me. First, we need to understand what the tool is. The Customer Insights Dashboard gives you a customizable overview of your SAP solutions, including your product portfolio, upcoming renewals, support contracts, system landscape, cases, and more. The customization and filter options enable you to create a self -service report tailored to your needs. If you already have the required authorizations, you can access the dashboard in SAP for me. Just click the reporting button to open the dashboard. If you don't have the required authorizations, you'll need to request access. Please note that Customer Insights dashboard is being constantly improved, and some content may need additional authorizations. If you don't have the required authorizations, you'll need to request them before you can see all dashboard features. hybris what's required. 1. General access to the Customer Insights Dashboard. Section on the Access and Authorizations page. Step 2. Alternatively, use the self-service authorization request described in KBA 289-1528. Once you submit your request, your super administrator just needs to approve it. A few important things to remember. Authorization levels determine the scope of data you can see. Some dashboard sections require more than one authorization. Without the right authorizations, the dashboard will not display all available content.
