How to Add an Additional Review Step Depending on your company's configuration, as an approver, you can add additional review steps for an expense report. For example, you might need to forward the report to additional approvers if the expense report amount exceeds your approval limit. You might also need to add an additional review step if the report contains allocations to a cost center that is not within your approval authorization. Make sure to review the report before forwarding it to ensure that all the expenses are correct. Then, to add an additional review step, select Approve and Forward. In the Approve and Forward Report pop-up window, search for and select the additional approver by entering their name in the User-Added Approver field. Select the appropriate approver from the list, and then select Approve and Forward. The expense report is approved and forwarded to the additional approver and will no longer appear in your list of reports pending your approval.
