Adding an Out-of-Pocket Expense - Android You can use the SAP Concur Mobile application to create your out-of-pocket expenses. In the following example, you will see how to add an out-of-pocket taxi expense directly to your expense report. To begin, on the Reports screen, on the Expenses tab, press the + symbol... and then press the New Expense icon. You will see a list of expense types which are grouped by category. Depending on your configuration, note that there might be expense types available online that are not available in your mobile application. For this example, you will search for the Taxi expense type. Press the Search icon. In the Search field, enter Taxi, and then select the Taxi expense type. On the New Expense screen, all your company's custom fields are available, and all required fields are listed with an asterisk. Enter all the appropriate information for your out-of-pocket expense. Note that the the Payment Type defaults to Out-of-Pocket. The Transaction Date will default to the current date. Modify the date as needed. Enter the Amount of the transaction, the Business Purpose, and the Vendor Name. After you finish entering the information for your taxi expense, press Save. The out-of-pocket expense is added to your report. Press Submit when you are ready to submit your report for approval.
