Adding and Removing Email Domain in SAP for Me

Do you know how to manage email domains in SAP for Me? In this video, we will walk you through the process to add and remove email domains and how to check for non-compliant email domains. Please note that you need to be a super administrator, or cloud administrator to follow these steps. Let's start with adding email domains. You can go through the User Management application and select Manage Services in the top right corner. Then, choose Maintain Allowed Company Domains. In the Maintain Allowed Company Domains application, click on the Add Domain button located at the top-right  of the page. Please note that this button is only available for Super Administrators or Cloud Administrators. A pop-up window titled Add New Email Domain will appear. Enter the domain without the @ sign and select all the corresponding customer numbers from the list. You must complete all fields. Once you have provided the required information, click on Add to submit the form. Now, let's move on to removing email domains. Open the Maintain Allowed Company Domains application. Check the box in front of the email domains you want to delete. Click on Remove. A warning pop-up will appear. To confirm the removal, you should click on Remove. The respective domains will be immediately removed from the list. Lastly, I would like to highlight that maintaining the company's acceptable email domains and monitoring users with non-compliant email addresses is crucial. In future releases, only users with email addresses that match the domains specified in the Maintain-Allowed Company Domains application will be allowed, while others will be rejected. Users with non-compliant email addresses may also face other issues, such as password resets. Let me show you how to identify S-user IDs with non-compliant email domains. In the user management application, non-compliant email addresses are highlighted, similar to the example shown here. You can easily display all non-compliant user emails with the filter by function. This makes it more convenient to take action for each affected user. For more detailed information, you can refer to the Email Domain online help or to the KBA 3025172- How to add/ remove email domains - SAP for Me. Thank you for watching this video. We hope you found it helpful in managing email domains in SAP for Me.
