Adding Attendees to an Expense in Android with SAP Concur

Adding Attendees to an Expense - Android  You can add attendees to a business meal or entertainment expense before submitting your expense report. In the following example, you will see how to add attendees to a business meal expense for a sales meeting that you hosted. To begin, from the SAP Concur home screen, press Expense. And then on the Expenses screen, press the Sales Meeting report to open it. To add your business meal expense, press the + symbol... and then press the New Expense icon. To find the Business Meal (attendees) expense type, you can scroll through the list or use the search feature. For this example, press the Search icon. In the Search field, start typing Business Meal...and then press the Business Meal (attendees) expense type. On the New Expense screen, complete the required fields (indicated with an asterisk) and the optional fields as directed by your company. If a receipt is required, press Add Receipt. To start adding attendees to your expense, press Add Attendee. On the Attendees screen, note that you are automatically added as an attendee. To add additional attendees, press the + symbol. Select how you want to add the attendees. In the first example, you will search for an attendee that has previously attended one your business meals. Press Search. On the Attendee Search screen, press Search to search for and select the attendee. You can also use the Advanced Search option to search by Attendee Type categories. In the Search field, enter all or part of the attendee's name... and then select the appropriate attendee. The attendee is added to the expense. Now you will see how to add an attendee that has not previously attended one of your business meals. Press the + symbol... and then press New. On the Attendee Edit screen, enter the attendee details. Note that the Attendee Type field is pre-populated with Business Guest. You can modify it if needed. After you have finished entering all the attendees information, press Save. On the Attendees screen, you will see the updated list of attendees that you have added to the business meal expense. Notice that the average amount per person is automatically calculated.
