Adding Attendees to an Expense - iPhone You can add attendees to a business meal or entertainment expense before submitting your expense report. In the following example, you will see how to add attendees to a business meal expense for a sales meeting that you hosted. To begin, from the SAP Concur home screen, press Expense, and then on the Expense screen, press the Sales Meeting Report to open it. To add your business meal expense, press the plus symbol, and then press Add New Expense. To find the Business Meal Attendees expense type, start typing business meal in the Search field. You can also scroll through the list to find the expense type that you are looking for. Press the Business Meal (attendees) expense type. On the New Expense screen, complete the required fields (indicated with an asterisk), and the optional fields as directed by your company. If a receipt is required, attach the receipt. After entering all your information for the expense, press Save. Press View Attendees to start adding attendees to your expense. On the Attendees screen, note that you are automatically added as an attendee. To add additional attendees, press the + symbol. Select how you want to add the attendees. In this first example, you will search for an attendee that has previously attended one of your business meals. Press Search for Attendee. Press Search to search for and select the attendee. You can also use the Advanced Search option to search by Attendee Type categories. In the Search field, enter all or part of the attendee's name, and then select the appropriate attendee. The attendee is added to the expense. Now you will see how to add an attendee that has not previously attended one of your business meals. Press the + symbol, and then enter the attendee details. Note that the attendee type field is pre-populated with Business Guest. You can modify it if needed. After you have finished entering all the attendee's information, press Save. You will see the updated list of attendees that you have added to the business meal expense. Notice that the average amount per person is automatically calculated. Press Done when you have finished adding all the attendees that you want added to the expense.
