Adding Attendees to an Expense  Some meal and entertainment expenses require you to add attendees to the expense. In the following example, you will see how to add attendees to a business conference lunch you hosted. From the open expense report, select Add Expense. In the Add Expense window, on the Create New Expense tab, select the Business Meal (attendees) expense type. On the New Expense screen, complete the required fields (marked with a red asterisk) and any other fields designated by your company, and then select the Attendees link. On the Attendees screen, notice that you were automatically added as an attendee. To add an attendee that has recently attended one of your business meals, select Add. If you have used an attendee before, they will be listed on the Recent Attendees tab. You can quickly add these attendees to the expense by selecting the appropriate checkboxes. For this example, select the Edward Jones attendee, and then select Add to List. Next, you will see how to add a new attendee. Select Add, and then select the Attendees tab. Select the Create New Attendee link. In the Create New Attendee window, enter the attendee's information, and then select Create Attendee. After you add the new attendee, select Go back to return to the Attendees window. The attendees are listed for this expense, and the amount is distributed equally among all the attendees. Select Save, and then select Save Expense. The new and recently used attendees are added to your business meal expense. If you want to view the attendees, you can select the Attendees link.
