Adding Card Transactions to an Expense Report in SAP Concur

Adding Card Transactions to an Expense Report  On the SAP Concur homepage, you can view a list of any unassigned company card transactions from the Available Expenses section. For quick access to unassigned credit card transactions, select the Available Expenses Quick Task. On the Manage Expenses page, you will see a list of your active reports. To manage the credit card charges that you have made, select View Transactions. On the Credit Card Charges page, you can search for specific charges to assign to an expense report. You can select a specific card to view from the Card Activity dropdown menu, and you can also limit the time period for the displayed charges using the Time Period dropdown menu. In the following example, you will see how to add a car rental credit card charge to a business trip that you have already created an expense report for. Select the Avis rental car charge. Note that you can select multiple charges to add to a report. Next, select the Add Charges To dropdown arrow. You can add the selected charge to an existing report or start a new report. For this example, select the Business Trip expense report. Select Add Selected to add the rental car credit card charge to the report. The selected card charge now appears in the list of expenses for the Business Trip report. The Alerts pane displays any issues with the expense and how to address them. You should try to resolve any alerts before submitting the report. An orange alert icon indicates that something might be out of policy, but will not prevent you from submitting the report. A red icon indicates that the expense is outside of policy. Note that you will not be allowed to submit the report with any red alerts. In addition to credit card charges, you can select Add Expense to add any out-of-pocket expenses to the report. After you have added all of your expenses and are ready to send the report to your manager for approval, select Submit Report.
