Analyzing Playbook Effectiveness in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

With SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, you can analyze the effectiveness of your playbooks to understand which recommendations sales representatives are using, and if you need to update your playbook to win more opportunities. Let's look at an active playbook. We can see the activities and actions that are added to the playbook. Generally, these are appointments, tasks, sales quotes, emails, and surveys. We don't consider mashups when calculating the effectiveness of a playbook. We open the Effectiveness tab to view valuable information about the adoption and usage of the playbook, and how it contributed to winning deals. At the bottom, you can see the opportunities that use the playbook. Only opportunities that have been won, lost, or stopped are used. You can include other opportunities in different statuses if you want by using the status selector. You can then review the actual average usage card, which shows you how many recommendations from the playbook are being tracked. Out of those, we can see the average number of accepted and completed recommendations, and finally the average number of activities that sales representatives manually added to the opportunities to help them win the deal. When you hover over the chart, you can see these values in percentages. The effectiveness score card shows you how many of the assigned opportunities were won or lost using this playbook. Finally, the system provides you with insights related to the scores, such as the acceptance rate, and also advises you on whether your playbook needs updating to improve your chances of winning more opportunities.
