Approving an Expense Report in Android with SAP Concur

Approving an Expense Report - Android  Using the SAP Concur mobile application as an approver, you can review and approve employee expense reports. In the following examples, you will see how to review, send back, and approve expense reports. To review an expense report, from the SAP Concur screen, press Approvals. On the Approvals screen, you will see the categories that contain the items that are awaiting your approval. For this example, press the August Expenses report. On the Report Approval screen, you can open the report Details, view Receipts, and open and view all Expenses. On the Details tab, you will see the report details and can scroll down to review all the information in the report. To review the receipts attached to this report, press Receipts. You will see the receipts attached to this expense report and can select them if you want to review them. Next, press Expenses. To open an expense entry for review, press the expense. Review all the expense details, and if all the information looks correct, press the Back arrow. At this point, you can send the report back to the employee, or you can approve it. To send an expense report back to the employee, press Send Back. When you send an expense report back to an employee, you are required to enter a comment explaining why you were sending the report back to them. In this example, you want the employee to itemize their expenses. Enter your comment... and then press Send Back. To approve a report, select the report awaiting your approval. Verify that the report details are correct. Make sure the employee has attached a receipt, and then press Approve. You can add a comment if you choose to, and then press Approve. The report is approved and no longer appears on your Approvals screen.
