Attaching a Receipt and Submitting a Report - Android  You can use the SAP Concur Mobile application to add receipts to your expenses and expense reports. In the following example, you will see how to add a receipt to an office supplies expense and then how to submit your report for approval. To begin, from the SAP Concur home screen, press Expense, and then for this example, on the Expenses screen, from the Reports tab, press the August Expenses report. Next, select the expense that you want to attach the receipt to, and then press Add Receipt. You can take a picture of your receipt with your phone's camera, select the receipt from your device's photo album, or select an available receipt that you previously uploaded to Concur Expense. In this example, you will see how to attach an available receipt. Press Choose Available Receipt, and then for this example, select the August 29th receipt. On the Receipt screen, press Add to Expense. In the Receipt pop-up window, press OK, and then press the Back arrow to return to your expense report. After the receipt is attached, the Receipt icon will appear on the expense. Once the expense report is complete, you can submit it for approval. Press Submit, and then in the Submit Report pop-up window, press Submit to confirm the submittal. The August Expenses report is submitted and is pending approval from your manager.
