B2B Accelerator - SAP Commerce Cloud

Now let's look at the B2B Accelerator and its Powertools storefront.  The B2B Accelerator comes with all the functionalities we've just seen in the B2C Accelerator.  However, it's also enriched with capabilities specific to a B2B environment.  It includes order approval, quote management, scheduled order replenishment, self-service organization, and account management  and much more.  Let´s look at the scheduled order replenishment functionality.  This is used for orders submitted to the system on a recurring schedule. I'm logged in as Alejandro who's responsible for ordering tools for his department.  Slipping into his shoes, today I'm looking for cordless screwdrivers. I'll add 10 of these to my cart and head to check out. OK, I´ll enter my details here.  First, I'll enter the account number and cost center that my order will be booked on. The address here is pre-populated because it’s set up in my buyer organization.  It's associated with the company unit assigned to that cost center.  However, you can still pick the delivery method. After accepting the terms and conditions, I'll schedule the replenishment.  My company needs 10 of these delivered each month... Once the replenishment schedule is set, I'll click SCHEDULE REPLENISHMENT. The replenishment order confirmation page displays the order details along with the replenishment schedule. The checkout process that I've just shown you, comes pre-configured with the B2B accelerator.  You can use it as is, right out of the box. It uses the same checkout functionality we showed briefly for the B2C Electronics shop and adds B2B capabilities. Please take away from this video that the Accelerators share a lot of the same functionality and are each enriched with  context-specific capabilities. The Powertools store includes several other features specifically aimed at B2B sites,  such as multi-dimensional product tables for quickly adding variants.  A common example would be several sizes and colors of shoes.  Another B2B-specific feature is the support of quick orders, the ability to import and export carts, or a method for building order forms.  Many of these features can be used in B2C as well but they are already built into the B2B store. And that wraps it up for this demo!  Let's continue with the next point on the agenda, SAP Commerce Cloud Backoffice tools.  In the following demonstrations, you'll get a glimpse of the latest user interfaces for product, web content, support, and order management.
