Booking a Flight in iPhone with SAP Concur

Booking a Flight - iPhone You can use the SAP Concur mobile application to quickly make your travel reservations. In the following example, you will see how to book a flight from Seattle, Washington to Dallas, Texas. To begin booking your flight, from the SAP Concur home screen, press the Travel icon. On the Travel screen, press Book a Trip, and then press the Flight icon. On the Book Air screen, you will select your departure and arrival cities. First, press Departure City. Enter your location search criteria. You can search by address, point of interest, or a three-letter airport code. For this example, enter Seattle, and then select Seattle Tacoma International Airport. Press Arrival City, and then in the Search field, enter the DFW Airport code. Select Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Next, you'll select the date and time of your departure. Press Departure Date. Select the appropriate date from the calendar. You can change the time if needed. Press Book Air. On the Return Date screen, select your return date, and then press Book Air. On the Book Air screen, select the class of service that you want, such as Economy, Business, or First Class, and then press Search. The flight search results display. You can scroll down to view other flight options. Press the best flight option for your trip. On the Flight Details screen, Complete the required fields (indicated in red), and any additional fields as directed by your company. In this example, there is a violation you must fix. Press Please specify. For this reservation, you must specify why you didn't book a car. In this example, your client is providing transportation. Enter your comment, and then press Back. Verify that all your flight details are correct, and then press Reserve. Read through the airfare disclaimer, and then to reserve your flight, press OK. Review your travel itinerary. If you need to book additional reservations, press the + icon. On the Itinerary screen, you can Cancel your reservation if necessary. If you decide that you need a car or hotel, you can book them at this time.
