Booking a Hotel in iPhone with SAP Concur

Booking a Hotel - iPhone You can use the mobile application to make your travel reservations. In the following example, you will see how to book a hotel while on a business trip to Chicago, Illinois. To begin booking your hotel, from the SAP Concur home screen, press the Travel icon. On the Travel screen, press Book a Trip, and then press the Hotel icon. On the Hotels screen, press Choose a Location. In the enter location to search field, enter Chicago, and then select the Chicago O'Hare International Airport. Next, select the appropriate Check-in and Check-out dates. Press Check In, and then select the appropriate dates from the calendar. After you select your Check-in and Check-out dates, press Done. Change the distance from your destination if needed, and then press Search. Your hotel search results display. You can filter or sort your search results to make it easier to find the best hotel for your stay. For this example, press Sort. You can sort by Distance from hotel, preferred vendors, price, hotel ratings, and suggested venues. Select Price to display the hotels from lowest to highest price. On the Hotels screen, select the hotel option that best meets your requirements. On the Review and Book screen, complete any remaining fields ( indicated in red), and any additional fields as directed by your company. Press (Please advise why you did not book a car). For this trip, your client provided transportation. Enter your comment, and then press Back. Your hotel reservation is complete and is added to your trip. Review your itinerary and then press the + icon. You can cancel your reservation at this time, and if you decide that you need a car, you can book a rental car. For more information about booking a car, see the Booking a Rental Car video.
