Booking a Hotel with Android in SAP Concur

Booking a Hotel, Android  You can use the mobile application to make travel reservations. In the following example, you will see how to book a hotel from your device. To begin, from the Travel screen, press the + icon... and then press the HOTEL icon. On the Hotel Search screen, press the Destination field. You can search for specific location or select the available search prompts provided. For this example, select CURRENT LOCATION. Next, select the appropriate Check-in and Check-out dates. Press Checkin. Select the appropriate Departure and Return dates. Change the Distance from your destination if needed, and then press Search. On the Hotel screen, your hotel search results display. You can Filter or Sort your search results to make it easier to find the best hotel for your stay. For this example, press Sort. On the Sort window, you can sort by Distance from the hotel, Preferred vendors, Price, hotel Rating, and Suggested venues. For this example, select Distance. On the Hotels screen, select the hotel option that best meets your requirements. On the Overview screen, review the hotel details. To continue, press the ROOMS tab. The room descriptions and rates appear. You can view additional photos of the hotel and rooms under the PHOTOS tab. For this example, press the room rate to select a room. You will see the room and rate details for your selection. Verify that the information is correct, and then to continue with the reservation process, press Reserve Room. On the Confirm Reservation window, press RESERVE. Your hotel reservation is submitted and awaiting manager approval. To change or cancel your reservation, press the options menu. To return to the Travel screen, press the back arrow.
