Booking a Hotel with SAP Concur

Booking a Hotel  SAP Concur makes it easy to reserve a hotel for your upcoming business trips. In the following example, you will see how to book a hotel in Memphis, Tennessee while attending a client meeting. To begin booking a hotel, from the SAP Concur home page, select the Hotel tab. Enter your search criteria such as your Destination, check-in and check-out Dates, and Distance. After you enter all your search criteria, select Search. On the Accommodations screen, review your hotel search results. If you want to change or update your search, you can use the All Filters dropdown menu. If you want to narrow your search results, you can use the Sort By dropdown menu above your search results. The Map feature shows reference points from your hotel search by price. You can zoom in and select a hotel from the map. To view the hotel room details, select View Rooms. Review the hotel information including images, property services, and amenities. To view and select a room, scroll down. Review the room options and cancellation policy. To reserve a room, select Select for the room you want to stay in. On the Review and Book screen, you will see your hotel itinerary. The Traveler Information section is pre-populated from your profile. To continue with the booking, scroll down. In the Room Preferences section, you have the option to enter preferences or requests regarding your room reservation. Depending on your company's configuration, you might need to provide additional information about your booking. For this example, select Client Sales from the Please select your Trip Purpose dropdown menu. Select the correct form of payment, and then select the I have read and agree to the Rate Rules and Restrictions check box. To continue with the reservation, select Book and Continue. On the Finalize page, in the Trip Overview section, you can modify the Trip Name and add a Description to identify the purpose of your trip. For this example, enter a Description. To continue finalizing your reservation, scroll down. In the Additional Information section, enter the Client Name, and then select the Have you got approval to travel check box. If you want to cancel your reservation at this time, select Cancel Trip. To complete your hotel room booking, select Confirm. Your hotel booking is confirmed. From here, you can select View Trip Overview to review your booking details or select Back to Homepage to return to the SAP Concur home screen.
