Booking a Rental Car with Android in SAP Concur

Booking a Rental Car  Android You can use the mobile application to make travel reservations. In the following example, you will see how to book a rental car while on a business trip in Paris, France. To begin, from the Travel screen, press the + icon... and then press the CAR icon. On the Book Car screen, press the Location field. For this example, you will use your arrival airport in Paris. Select the appropriate airport from the list. Next, select the appropriate Departure and Return dates. You can search for the type of car you want to rent, such as economy, standard, and intermediate. For this example, press the Car Type field to search for and select a car. The rental car search results appear. You can scroll down to view additional options. For this example, select the Economy Car option. You will see the Car Details for your selection. Verify that the information is correct, and then to continue with the reservation process, press Reserve. To confirm your reservation, press OK. Your car has been successfully reserved. Press OK. Your Car Reservation is submitted and awaiting manager approval. To add a flight or hotel to this booking, press the + symbol. To review the car rental reservation, select the reservation from the list. Your Car Details display. From here, you can cancel your reservation by pressing the options menu or return to the travel screen by pressing the back arrow.
