Booking a Rental Car with SAP Concur

SAP Concur makes it easy to reserve a car for your upcoming business trips. To begin reserving a rental car, from the SAP Concur home page, select the Car tab. In the following example, you will see how to book a car in Seattle, Washington while attending a business meeting. For this trip  you will need a car to get from the Seattle-Tacoma airport to your business meeting. First, enter your search criteria, such as your Pickup and Drop -Off locations, Dates and Times, that you will need the rental car. After you enter your search criteria, select Search. Review your search results. If you want to narrow your search results, you can use the All Filters menu at the top of the screen to select your preferred vehicle type, style, and carrying capacity. Use the Rental Company menu to select your preferred rental companies, and the Specifications menu to choose your transmission type and electric car preferences. For this example, you will book an economy car. To filter your search, select the All Filters drop down arrow... and then select the Economy check box. The filtered search results display. To view more information about the rental car, select the Location details link. To choose a rental car, select Select. On the Review and Book page, you will see your complete car rental itinerary. The Rental Station Details link provides rental car process details and rental company contact information. To continue reviewing your rental car selection, scroll down. In the Traveler Information section, you can add your Flight Number and your Frequent Traveler Account, if applicable. You have the option to enter additional Rental Car Preferences and requests. Next, select the appropriate payment method from the Form of Payment section. To continue with your reservation, select Book and Continue. On the Finalize page in the Trip Overview section, you can modify the Trip Name and add a Description to identify the purpose of your trip. For this example, enter a Trip Name and Description. If you want to cancel your reservation at this time, select Cancel Trip. To complete your car rental booking, select Finalize Trip. Your car rental booking is confirmed. From here, you can select View Trip Overview to review your booking details or select Back to Home page to return to the SAP Concur home screen.
