Categorizing Cases in SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Tired of manually sorting customer inquiries? SAP Service Cloud version 2's Intelligent Services will streamline your support process.  Let's see how Intelligent Services make the support's life easier by automating case categorization. Let's create a new case by going to the cases.  By clicking the plus icon on the top right and adding the required field along with the subject and description.  And hit save to complete the case creation.  Case categorization prediction works for all case creation channels such as manual, email, social media, chat, messaging and so on. The main usage for case category prediction is for cases generated from incoming email messages. Cases are categorized during case creation. This is a result of setting up a machine learning to automate the case categorization process. You will only see predictions for cases created after the model is set to active status.
