Changing a Purchased and Ticketed Trip In Concur Travel, you can make changes to a ticketed trip that you have already purchased. In the following example, you will see how to change the departure date for a previously ticketed trip from Seattle to Memphis. Note that certain scenarios may be influenced by third- or fourth- party vendors. In some cases, you must contact the vendor directly to change a purchased and ticketed trip. To change a trip that you have already purchased, from the Travel page, on the Upcoming Trips tab, select the trip to open it. You can Change or Cancel a ticketed trip from your itinerary. To cancel the entire trip, select Cancel All Air. To change your flight reservations, select Change. In the Change Flight window, select the segment of your flight that you want to change. In this example, you will see how to change your departure date. Next, select the day and time of your flight change. Concur Travel will automatically adjust any car or hotel reservations to match the days of your flight change. To begin searching for new flights, select Search. On the Shop by Fares tab, select View Fares to view additional flight options. Select the fare amount for the flight that you want to purchase. After you make the changes, you will see the original airfare, new airfare, airfare difference, exchange fee, and the total cost of the exchange. If the exchange costs more than purchasing a new ticket, Concur Travel displays a pop-up window that shows the cost of the exchange and the new ticket. To cancel the exchange, select Cancel Flight Exchange. To finalize your change, select Purchase New Flights. Your updated reservation with the new Start Date will appear on your Upcoming Trips tab.
