Closing a Request in SAP Concur

Closing a Request When you close a request, it can no longer be associated with an expense report. In the following example, you will see how to close a request after all expenses related to the request have been submitted. From the SAP Concur home page, select the Home menu... and then under Applications, select Requests. On the Manage Requests screen, from the Requests Library section, select the approved request that you want to close. For this example, select the Trip to Dallas. Note: If you close a request that is associated with an unsubmitted expense report, the request will be disassociated from the expense report, the authorized amounts will be removed, and the request balance will be reduced to zero. To close the request, select the More Actions dropdown arrow... and then select Close Request. Select OK to confirm that you want to close the request. To view your closed requests, on the Manage Requests page, select the View drop-down arrow, and then select Closed. You will see a list of your closed requests. Note that you cannot attach a closed request to an expense report.
