Configuring Survey Scoring in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

A survey can contain multiple questions of varied importance. For example, for you as a merchandiser, " rate the quality of the products " is the most important question. You provide a weightage of five. The next most important question is, " enter the product value displayed in the shelf " and you give a weightage of two. Similarly, you can provide different weightages to other questions based on your needs. This functionality is supported in multiple choice, number, date, matrixed and text questions. You can add scores for responses too. Here, consider that you want to assign scores to responses based on a range of values. Based on the response, the corresponding score is multiplied with the question weight. to calculate the final  score of the question. In matrixed questions, you can add scores to rows and columns. You can provide scores in a specific order or maintain scores across. You can see score indicators at the question level as well as in the header. After scoring, you can preview the survey and activate it As the user answers the survey, scores are calculated and displayed in the survey card and summary.
