Converting Foreign Currency Transactions in Android with SAP Concur

Converting Foreign Currency Transactions Android Using the mobile application, you can enter your transactions in foreign currencies. The SAP Concur system will automatically convert the amount to your local reimbursement currency. In the following example, you will see how to add a promotional expense to your report and then convert it from US dollars, USD, to Euros, EUR, which is your local currency. To start, from the SAP Concur Home screen, press Expense. For this example, on the Expenses screen, select the Sales Meeting Report from your list of unsubmitted reports. On the Reports screen, press the plus symbol, and then press the New Expense icon. Select the Miscellaneous Promotional Expense Type. On the New Expense screen, enter the amount of the transaction, and then press the Currency field. Select the EURO Currency. Next, press the Transaction Date field. Select the appropriate date from the calendar, and then press OK. After entering all the appropriate information for the expense, notice that the system automatically converted your foreign currency amount into your reimbursement amount and displays the exchange rate. Press Save. The expense is now saved to your report in your local reimbursable currency.
