Correcting and Resubmitting an Expense Report in SAP Concur

Correcting and Resubmitting an Expense Report  Your approver will return your expense report if any changes or additional information is required. To view your returned reports. on the SAP Concur home page, in the My Tasks section, select Open Reports. In this example, a report that you submitted for office supplies was returned to you. To correct your report, on the Manage Expenses page, in the Active Reports section, select the returned expense report. And then, to review your approver's comments, select View Report Timeline. Review the comments to learn what corrections need to be made. In this case, the approver wants to know where the office chairs will be used. After reviewing the comments, select Close. You can now select the expense to correct and make the changes. Enter the Business Purpose for the office chairs, and then select Save Expense. Select Submit Report to resubmit the report to your approver. Review the report totals and then select Submit Report. In the Report Submitted window, verify that the report was submitted with the correct total, and then select Close. Your report has been corrected and resubmitted for approval.
