Creating a Funding Account in SAP Concur

Creating a Funding Account Funding accounts are the bank accounts that Global Pay uses to pay employees and corporate credit card programs. You must have at least one confirmed funding account with a payment processing partner (Worldline or Convera), which is in accepted status. In the following example, you will see how to set up a funding account using a payment-processing partner. To begin, from the SAP Concur Home screen, select the Home menu, and then, under Administration, select Tools. On the Tools menu, in the Payment Manager section, select Configure Batches. On the Configure Batches screen, you will see a list of all existing Funding Accounts. Note: For information regarding the Pay File Account for SEPA or Zengin, please refer to your CSP (Client Success Partner). For this example, you will add a Provider Account. Select New Provider Account. Enter the Account Information in the required fields, (indicated with the red bar) and optional fields as directed by your company. Note: No displays in the Active status field until the payment-processing partner has been updated. Next, enter the Contact Information for the person who will be resolving your funding issues. The account application form is different for each payment processing partner. In the following example, you will see how to set up a Worldline account. In the Payment Provider Details section, select the Provider dropdown menu, and then select Worldline. To continue creating the funding account, select Next. On the Partner Onboarding Application, enter all the required and optional fields including the Account Bank Information and Information of the company that signed the Concur Contract. Note: You can Save after completing each section or wait until you have completed all sections in the application to save. After completing all the required and optional fields, scroll down. Enter the information of any company owners or partners with fiduciary responsibility. Complete the Anticipated Payment Pattern information fields based on your batch frequency and expected average and maximum amounts. Scroll down to continue. Upload any required documentation to complete the partner onboarding application. View the Terms and Conditions. Select the check box to electronically accept the agreement and enter the name and contact information of the accepting person in the fields below. After you complete entering the information, select Send for Review. The funding account has been added. The Status column displays In Progress for submitted applications in review. Once the payment-processing partner reviews and approves your application, the funding account status will change to Accepted. Once the funding account status has changed to Accepted, you can modify the funding account. For this example, you will see how to change the funding account status to active so you can begin processing payments. Select the funding account from the list, and then select Modify. Select the Active field drop down arrow. When you are ready to start using this funding account, set the Active status to Yes. Scroll down to continue, and then select Save. Your funding account is Accepted and in in active status, and you can now begin processing payments.
