Creating a New Customer via ASM in SAP Commerce Cloud

Hello!  In this video, I'll show you how to create a new customer via Assisted Service Module (ASM).  First I'll navigate to the Electronics Storefront.  and add the ASM parameter to the URL of the website.  The ASM banner will then appear at the top of the page.  I'll then login using the credentials as a Customer Support Agent.  In the ASM banner I can enter the name of the customer I'm looking for.  But since there is no existing customer yet, I'll create a new account.  In the field called Customer Name/ Email Address I'll then enter both a customer name, for example, Grace Hopper and an email address, for example, grace.hopper@navy.com.  and click on Create New Account.  Now I can see the customer account I just created as if the customer were navigating the site herself.  What I can't do here, though, is set the customer's password.  To do this, the customer has to click on the Forgot Password link on the Login page of the website.
