Creating a Recurring Invoice in SAP Concur

Creating a Recurring Invoice You can convert any invoice (submitted or unsubmitted) into a recurring invoice. This feature is helpful for any type of recurring goods or services that you receive. In the following example, you will see how to create a quarterly recurring invoice for printer ink cartridges. To begin, from the Invoice Manager screen, select the View drop-down menu, and then select All My Invoices. Select the Invoice Name. The invoice displays. Next, select the Actions dropdown arrow. And then select Create Recurring Invoice. In the Recurring Invoice Details window, select the Frequency dropdown arrow. And then select Quarterly. Select the next recurring invoice drop-down arrow. And then select the day of the month that the payment will be due. Next, choose how you want to manage the invoice number. For this example, select the option that will auto-increment the numbers. Select the Start dropdown calendar icon, and then select the date when the recurring invoice will begin. Select the End dropdown calendar icon. You can enter an end date several years in the future, or adjust the date if needed. For this example, select the contract end date established with your vendor. After entering the start and end dates for when the recurring invoice will be effective, select Save. The recurring invoice is created. To view the recurring invoice, select Invoice Manager, and then in the My Tasks section, select All My Invoices. On the My Invoices screen, select the View drop-down arrow, and then select Recurring Invoices. The new recurring invoice for the printer ink cartridges displays in the list. If you need to edit the invoice details, select the invoice to open it. If you want to modify any of the recurring invoice details, select Edit Recurring Invoice. You can modify the recurring invoice anytime during the effective start and end dates.
