Creating a Service Request in SAP for Me

Today, I am going to show you how to create a Service Request and ECS Service Request in SAP for Me. To get started, log on to SAP for Me via me.sap.com using your SAP Universal ID or S user ID with valid authorization. On the left side, you will see "Customer Dashboards", from the list, select "Services & Support". Click New Service Request under the Overview Tab or the Service Request tab. From there, a Service Request pop-up will be displayed. Select the product you wish to request a service for, then click Confirm. For instructions on how to submit SPM service request, you may refer to KBA 3302846. Then, for Customer Experience (CX), please refer to this SAP Help article. For SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS), Service Requests, these are created in ECS Workspace, however, S-user must have the necessary authorizations to access the application. You may check the required authorization in this KBA 2669783. Once you have the authorizations, you may login to SAP for Me to access the application. When logged in, click "Services and Support" under the Customer Dashboard. Select "ECS Workspace" available at the top of the page and then click Service Request. You will see a list of all open requests and the details of the selected request on the right side of the screen. To create a new service request, click "New "or "New on Behalf" which allows you to request services for a different user. Click Overview to view all service request history. For issues or questions on the ECS Service Request application, create a case for component XX-SER-SAPSMP-HEC include details and any relevant screenshots to describe the issue or question. Thank you for watching this tutorial video.
