Creating an Expense Report in iPhone with SAP Concur

Creating an Expense Report - iPhone Using the SAP Concur mobile application, you can easily create your expense reports. You can create an expense report by first selecting your existing expenses and then moving them to a new report. Or you can create a new expense report and add company card and out-of-pocket expenses to the report later. In the following examples, you will see how to create a report using both methods. To begin, on the SAP Concur home screen, press Expense. To create your expense report by first selecting your existing expenses, on the Expense screen, from the Expenses tab, press the ellipses (...) icon, and then press Select. For this example, from your list of expenses, press the Office Supplies Expense, and then press Move To Report. Scroll down to the bottom of your list of reports, and then press Create New Report. The report is assigned a default report name. You can accept the default name or change it. To rename the report, press the Report Name field, and then enter the new name. In the SAP Concur Mobile application, all your company's custom fields are available, and all required fields (indicated with an asterisk) are enforced. Note that the Report Date and the Policy fields are pre-populated. Next, enter the Business Purpose. Complete entering the information in the remaining fields. When you are finished, press Create. The new expense report is created and includes your Office Supplies expense. Press Submit when you are ready to submit your report for approval. Now you will see how to create an expense report that you can add expenses to at a later time. Press the + icon, and then press Create New Report. Enter a report name, and then complete the required and optional fields as directed by your company. When you have finished entering all the information for the new report, press Create. The expense report is created and you can add your expenses at any time.
