Creating and Deleting S-user IDs in SAP for Me

Hello! Today, we'll walk you through how a super, cloud or user administrator can create and delete S-user IDs in SAP for Me. First, log on to SAP for me via me.sap.com. Click on the "Users and Contacts" dashboard and select "Manage Users and Authorizations". This will direct you to the "User Management" tab. Click on the "Request User" button at the top of the application. Complete the Requested User Form with the necessary details. Note, if the requested new S-user  has an email address that matches an existing S-user ID for a different company number, the first and last name will be used from the existing S-user. The name you enter on the Request User Form will not be used. Assign the required authorizations to the new S user ID, including roles, permissions, and system accesses relevant to their duties. Click Submit to generate the new S-user ID. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address containing the S-user ID and further instructions. To delete an S-user ID, click on the "Users and Contacts" dashboard and select "Manage Users and Authorizations". In the "User Management " application, go to the "Users" tab. Search through the list or use the filter feature to find the S-user ID you wish to delete. Select the checkbox in front of the users, then click the "Delete"  button or the trash bin icon. Note, if an error appears regarding important functions, refer to KBA 1271517 for further details.
