Do you want to boost personalized customer loyalty via the mobile channel? Watch this video and see how mobile campaigns can help you do just that. Sheila is a marketing expert at Coffee Doro. Sheila and her team have just launched a new mobile app to send special product offers to their customers. Watch how easy it is for Sheila to create a mobile campaign and SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud in segmentation. Sheila can create a target group with the customers who registered in the mobile app. Sheila selects the attribute interaction type with drag and drop. Now she can choose the interaction type mobile application installed for the next segment. She only keeps the users who have installed the app. Sheila creates a dynamic target group. Her dynamic target group gets updated with the new app. Users automatically. Now she can create a campaign for this target group with the mobile campaign type. She can send mobile push notifications with offers to the mobile app users. Then she must define that her offer can be viewed in the new app. Afterwards, she selects a push notification and an offer that her colleagues have prepared in SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud. After checking the preview of the push notification and offer, Sheila is done. She can start her campaign. This is Caroline, a coffee Doro customer. She has just read about the new mobile app in the weekly newsletter. She decides to download it using the embedded QR code. After the installation, she opens the app and creates an account by entering her personal data. Then she registers. Now she can receive offers from coffee. Doro on Caroline's phone. We can see that she has received a notification from the mobile app. She opens the app and has a look at the offer. She decides to go to her local coffee doro shop in town to check out the new organic products range. Meanwhile, in the Coffee Doro office, Sheila is checking the success tab for her campaign. Looking at the success metrics, Sheila is proud to see that her campaign was already successful, and that's how easy it is to provide tailored offers and information with SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud to reach any customer. Even the tough cookies.
