Downloading Software in SAP for Me

Today, I'm going to show you on how to download software in SAP for me. To access the software downloads, you will need to log on to me.sap.com, click on Services and Support and select Download Software Card. The first tab here is Installations and Upgrades. This category contains all software files that are required when you install a product for the first time or you want to upgrade to the next version. The second tab, Support Packages and Patches. In this category, you can find patches which are code corrections for a specific product version and support packages which are a collection of patches. The final tab is Databases. Here you can download installation and support package files for SAP and third-party databases. Software downloads are licensed at a customer number level. Therefore, you can only download software for the customer number that your S-User is assigned to. If your customer numbers are in a Corporate Group, you would need an S-User for each account in the group in order to download software from the different customer numbers in that group. Also, ensure that you have a valid maintenance agreement with SAP tied to the corresponding customer number for any needed software downloads. Under Installations and Upgrades, you will see several choices. My favorite products list of my favorite products by alphabetical index click to expand and see all your company's products grouped and listed in alphabetical order by category display your company's license products by software category for instance Analytics or Mobile Solutions, Connectors or Technology Components. Address Directories and Reference Data. Find all your company's licensed directories, which are data files that contains address information you can use to cleanse and standardize your data records. Then we have SAP Business One. There you will find all your company's licensed SAP Business One products. And finally, we have Guided Beta There you'll find a list of all products if you're participating in a Guided Beta initiative. It is important to be aware at this point that you will be unable to proceed further without the valid authorization. Downloading files requires that your S-user has the Software Download authorization, so if needed you will need to contact a user administrator in your company. To find a full installation download, you can choose by Alphabetical Index Click All in one list where you will find a complete list of your company's licensed products, My company's software tab includes all the software your company is licensed for, and complimentary software includes system copy tools and best practices. Find the product and drill down from there. For example, as you can see here, I'm choosing SAP Crystal Reports as my product from the list. You then need to choose the latest version to download, which in this case is SAP Crystal Reports 2020 as you can see here. Finally you need to click installation and upgrades where you can then click the blue link to the download file directly or click the check box in front of it to add it to your download basket to use later with download manager. In addition to the above methods, you can also use the searching bar in the home page of SAP for me to search for a specific product and download it directly as below. Thank you for watching this tutorial video, we hope you found it helpful.
