Enabling Data Integration to SAP Sales/Service Cloud Version 2 in SAP Build Apps

This video demonstrates how to enable the integration with SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2 and make the required API services available. First, activate the Integrations tab and choose Add Integration. In the SAP Systems section, select BTP destinations. The two connections at the top were created as part of the basic connectivity setup between SAP Build Apps and SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2 following the displayed SAP help article. Select SAP Service Cloud Discovery. Before you can use the data entities of this connection, you need to install it with the button in the upper right corner. Save the app before you continue. The sample app requires access to accounts and appointments. Use the filter to search the entity list for account. Pay attention to the service name as several services offer account data. Choose the account entity under Account Service. After selecting the service, you can browse the available fields and real data in the connected system to get an overview of the data structure. Finally, choose Enable Data Entity. Then, search for the appointment entity. Enable it and save the app. The app can now access account and appointment data from SAP Sales and Service Cloud version 2.
