Enabling Expense Assistant in SAP Concur

Expense Assistant adds all expenses from your company's user's Available Expenses list to any open expense report. An open report can be a user -created expense report or an expense report that is auto -created by Expense Assistant. Expense Assistant will continue to add incoming expenses that have a date that matches the calendar month of the expense report or within the date range of a trip. Expense Assistant will be automatically turned on for your company unless you opt out of the feature. To enable or disable Expense Assistant for your company, place your mouse pointer over Administration. Select Expense. Select Group Configurations. Depending on your company's group configurations, you can select which groups you want to enable Expense Assistant for, and by what method users can enable it, by month, by trip, or both. Select the appropriate group. Select Modify. The configuration for group window, select the appropriate options. Select the For Expense Assistant Allow Users to Opt Out or to Use drop-down arrow. For this example, select Monthly or By Trip. Select Save. You will now need to enable Expense Assistant for your users in your site settings. Scroll down. Select Site Settings. The Allow Users to Opt into Expense Assistant setting is enabled by default. Your company's users will need to enable Expense Assistant for themselves. For additional information on how to enable Expense Assistant for end users, see the Enabling Expense Assistant, End User Training video. This concludes the demo. Thank you for watching.
