Enabling Previous Answers in Survey in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2

During visit audits, sales representatives need to take the same survey every month or quarter. To ease the process, previous answers are pre-filled when the user opens the survey. This allows the users to retain the pre-filled answers or edit them where needed, increasing productivity and decreasing the time taken. As a survey designer, you must enable the Previous Answers option for the survey. If you want to exclude specific questions, select the question, then in the Options tab, select Exclude Previous Answer. Now, as a respondent, open the opportunity with a survey and answer all the questions. Let's assume that we are in the next quarter. The sales representative creates another opportunity in the same account, and assigns the same survey to it. When you open the survey, you can see that the details are pre-populated. Make the required changes and submit the survey.
