Engaging with the SAP Learning Support Center

Hello everyone! Today, I'm going to guide you through the steps to effectively engage with the SAP Learning Support Center. Let's get started! First, you will need to log on to learninghub.sap.com. Once you're logged in, look for the question mark icon located in the top right corner of the page. Clicking on it will take you to the Help Center. In the Help Center, you will see a 'Contact Us' button. Click on it and select 'Request Technical Assistance'. This will open a new window to the SAP Learning Support Center. Alternatively, you can directly access the SAP Learning Support Center from learning.sap.com. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'Get Support'. The support platform offers a variety of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) related to different areas such as General Support Topics Practice Systems Training Reseller Partner Topics Learning and Certification Advice Course Booking and Payment and Analytics Dashboards To create a support case, click on, 'Contact Us'. This will bring you to the 'SAP Learning Self Services' page where you can click on 'Create Case'. Fill out the required information detailing the issue that you're facing. If you would like the Learning team to assist you in your preferred language, you can select the language once you have added the description. Choose your country and select from German, English, Spanish, French or Japanese. The Learning team can assist you with information about courses, certification content, and learning journeys. They can also advise you on what learning is needed to achieve your goals. Other services include,   First-level questions on certification, including advice on correct Universal ID (UID) set up and how to access your badges. Issues related to information, delivery, and aftercare service of Instructor- Led classrooms. While bookings and billing issues are usually handled by another internal team, the Learning team can get involved to approve free-of-charge, re-bookings and similar scenarios often related to customer complaints. Providing visa letters and supplier vendor information upon request. For more detailed information, I would recommend you checking out the blog 'How to reach out to SAP Education Learning Hub Team for support' in the SAP Community  and the Knowledge base Article KBA, 2404504 title  'How to get help with the SAP Learning Hub or SAP Training Center'. Thank you for watching this video. I hope you found it helpful. Stay tuned for more video tutorials and tips!
