Entering a Goods Receipt in SAP Concur

Entering a Goods Receipt Concur Invoice provides a 3-way matching option when you record the receipt of goods or services. To use this feature, you must assign the Purchase Request User, Purchase Order Processor, Invoice User, and Invoice Processor Roles. You can also assign the Central Receiver and Receipt User roles to enter a receipt of goods. You can manually enter receiving information and add receipt images at the Purchase Order (P .O) line item level for Concur generated POs (Purchase Requests) and imported POs matching. In the following example, you will see how to enter received goods. To begin, from the Invoice Manager screen, select the View drop-down arrow, and then select Unsubmitted Invoices. When an invoice is matched to a PO, a green checkmark displays. Once you have received the requested goods, you can finalize the 3-way PO matching by entering the packing slip or shipping label information. To continue, select the invoice to open it. To enter the receipt information, in the Itemization Summary section, select Enter. In the Enter Received Goods window, complete the required fields (indicated with the red bar) and any optional fields designated by your company. Additional line items can be added for multiple shipments as needed. After you have entered all the appropriate information, select Save. To attach an image of the packing slip or shipping label in the Attachments column, select the + symbol. Select Browse to search for and upload the image. After you locate and select the appropriate image, select Open. In the Upload Image window, you will see your attachment and can upload additional images as needed. For this example, select Close. The Received Quantity field now displays the information you provided from the uploaded goods receipt. From here, you can assign the invoice to a new owner, Send to Purchasing if your company uses a designated purchaser or select Submit Invoice when you are ready to submit the invoice for approval.
